Challenge

The DNX Security Practice faced an industry-wide challenge: too many alerts, too little context, and not enough time.

As a Managed Security Service Provider, DNX supports multiple customers across a range of cloud environments. That meant triaging misconfigurations, assigning owners, following up on fixes, and managing risk, across tenants and time zones.

Like any MSSP managing diverse customer environments, experienced engineers were spending too much time on repetitive work, and junior staff required structured support. And existing CNAPP platforms dumped data, but left all the action up to the team.

Most AI-based solutions on the market were limited. Most were just chat overlays or static reports with no real actionability.
